1. Who we are

CTX Food Trucks is operated by Manifesting Magic Holdings LLC, doing business as CTX Food Trucks (collectively, “CTX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy applies to ctxfoodtrucks.com, our directory, applications, advertising-profile services, and related communications.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you join a launch list, apply for a profile, contact us, or become a customer, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, city or service area, website or social links, business description, products or services, and the message or application details you submit.

Initial applications do not ask for payment-card details, government identification, sensitive documents, or a home street address. Please do not place sensitive information in free-text fields.

Payments and subscriptions

Stripe processes payments and stores payment-method details under its own privacy practices. CTX may receive customer, transaction, subscription, invoice, billing-status, and limited payment-method information, such as card brand and last four digits. CTX does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.

Analytics information

CTX uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, understand traffic sources, see general country, device and browser information, and measure website performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage, create individual visitor profiles, or track people across websites.

If you voluntarily enable detailed analytics below, Google Analytics may also collect visit and session information, general geographic area, device and browser details, pages viewed, traffic source, and interactions such as link or button clicks. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form contents, or full payment information to Analytics. Advertising storage and advertising personalization are disabled.

Google Analytics remains off until you enable it. You can change that choice here at any time, and keeping it disabled does not limit your use of the site.

3. How we use information

• Review applications and create, maintain, or promote approved advertising profiles.
• Provide directory, account, billing, subscription, support, and customer communications.
• Respond to questions and verify business information supplied for publication.
• Protect our services, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, and comply with law.
• Measure and improve the site when you have allowed analytics.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose relevant information to the following categories of recipients:

• Hosting, database, email, security, and other vendors that help us operate the service.
• Stripe for checkout, subscriptions, receipts, fraud prevention, and billing support.
• Cloudflare for privacy-first website measurement, hosting support, performance, and security.
• Google Analytics only when you voluntarily enable detailed analytics.
• Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary for law, safety, fraud prevention, or protection of rights.
• The public, for business details an approved seller asks us to publish in its directory profile.

CTX does not sell personal information or use personal information for targeted advertising. Directory profiles contain business information approved for publication, not private application data.

5. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including to operate accounts and profiles, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and relationship.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your privacy choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or keep optional Google Analytics disabled. Where applicable law provides additional rights, including rights to confirm processing, obtain a copy, correct inaccuracies, delete information, opt out of certain processing, or appeal a denied request, you may exercise those rights by emailing info@ctxfoodtrucks.com.

Please describe your request and the email or business name connected to it. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

You may also use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Texas residents can learn about state privacy rights or submit a complaint through the Texas Attorney General.

7. Children, external services, and updates

Our services are for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Links to independent sellers, Stripe, Google, social networks, and other external services are governed by those parties’ own policies.

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by another reasonable method.
