Do I need a food truck?
No. This offer is specifically for qualifying local food businesses that do not operate from a food truck.
Does CTX take a percentage of my sales?
No. CTX charges for the advertising profile and optional profile-management help. Customers order from and pay your business directly.
When do I pay?
The first application is free. If the business is accepted, CTX confirms the profile scope and sends a secure Stripe payment link before the approved profile is built and published.
Can I advertise food made at home?
Qualifying Texas cottage-food businesses may apply. Products outside the cottage-food rules require an applicable permitted-kitchen business path before publication.
What will CTX request after I apply?
Depending on the listing type, CTX may request menu details, labels, food-handler information, DSHS registration status, or permitted-kitchen documentation. Do not send sensitive documents through the first application.
Does paying more move my profile higher?
No. Payments cover profile creation and update services, never higher search placement. Approved makers receive the same directory visibility.
